Stories woven in thread

Kindred Weave is a home for people who love textiles and want to bring more craft into their spaces.

Our story

Why Kindred Weave exists

Buying a rug or tapestry should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Yet between sizes, fibers, weaves and prices, it is easy to end up with something that is too small, too delicate or simply wrong for the room.

Kindred Weave was created to change that. We write clear, honest guides about handmade rugs and tapestries, from how to measure a living room to how to clean a jute rug, so you can choose with confidence and care for your pieces properly.

We believe textiles are among the most personal things in a home. They carry craft, color and history, and they deserve to be chosen well.
